Jimmy Do, CEO

Jimmy has been CEO since 2015 and knows the company inside out as he has been with the company for a total of nine years, spending time working in each department. Jimmy started his career at DTM at the Deburr, then focused on sales, and later became a machine operator and then programmer.

He got his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Management from UC Irvine. Jimmy believes in determination, working hard, and facing one’s fears. He speaks fluent Vietnamese and enjoys football and other sports. 

Ivory Ganther, Office Manager

Ivory graduated from Wharton Jr. College in 2008 with a degree in X to pursue financial stability, which positioned him to give back to society. After college, he was a Fleet Coordinator for Enterprise holdings. There he obtained the values of customer satisfaction, rapport and professionalism.

He joined DTM’s rankings in 2016 as Office Manager and has continued to strive as a leader. Ivory enjoys volunteering at numerous shelters across Houston, exploring wineries, and participating in recreational sporting leagues.
